Dillon Mansour is a musician, composer, and educator living in New York City. Being involved with classical percussion, drumline and jazz drumming at an early age, he received various honors for his ability as both performer and leader. Some recognition of his talents includes awards from Lawrence Conservatory of Music, Wisconsin School of Music Association, as well as receiving the John Philip Sousa Award.
Now in New York City, Dillon has a BM from City College of New York, and performs regularly with his trio playing original compositions. He also tours around the country as performer and clinician at numerous academic institutions and youth music programs ranging from elementary to collegiate level students. Some of the programs he has worked with include Columbia College in Chicago, University of Wisconsin Whitewater, University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra, and Jazz St. Louis. He has been full time and adjunct staff at schools in Long Island, NY, Queens, NY, and Bronx, NY. He also teaches privately, as well as being an educator at Musipire Professional Education, Musika Lessons, and Henderson Academy of Music.
