Dillon Mansour is a musician, composer, and educator from Hartland, WI, now living in New York City. Being involved with classical percussion, drumline and jazz drumming at an early age, he received various honors for his ability as both performer and leader. Some recognition of his talents includes awards from UW Steven's Point, Lawrence University Conservatory, Wisconsin School Music Association, and UW Green Bay, as well as the John Philip Sousa Award.
Now in New York City, Dillon performs regularly with his trio playing all original compositions at various venues such as Silvana, ShapeShifter Lab, Tomi Jazz, and Rockwood Music Hall. He also tours around the country as performer and clinician at numerous academic institutions and youth music programs ranging from elementary to collegiate level students. He has been full time and adjunct staff at schools in Long Island, Queens, and the Bronx. He teaches private and group lessons as well.
